Online Teaching
We support online teaching and learning through multiple avenues, including the Teaching
Online Certification Program and the Harpur Program on Online Teaching Pedagogy.Digital Fluency
Digital fluency is understanding the range of possibilities for a certain objective,
knowing how to choose the appropriate solutions from a set of tools to best meet those
objectives, and understanding how to adapt to changing technology.Pilots
We engage the campus community through various pilots, including the Learning Management
System Pilot, the Streaming Media Pilot, and the Web Conferencing Pilot.Student Voices
Hearing students' feedback on learning and teaching at ßÙßÇÂþ» is a
key component of the instructional process. We frequently host student panels focuses
on a different topic of concern to capture those student voices.Teaching General Education Courses
As part of the University's efforts to assess General Education courses, the Faculty
Senate has requested that we present a series of workshops in each General Education
category. These workshops are co-sponsored by the University Undergraduate Curriculum
Committee (UUCC), the Center for Learning and Teaching, and the Provost's Office.
