to celebrate school pride at Homecoming 2023

BINGHAMTON, N.Y.— anticipates welcoming more than 1,000 alumni back to campus during Homecoming weekend, Friday through Sunday, Oct. 13-15. This program, sponsored by the Alumni Association and numerous campus partners, will be a celebration of pride for alumni of all eras. Many events are free of charge and open to the campus and local communities.
Signature events will include:
- Block Party (7-10 p.m. Friday – Washington Street): An entire downtown block will be closed for this Homecoming kickoff.
- TIER Talks (1:30 p.m. Saturday – Chenango Champlain Collegiate Center Multipurpose Room): “A Conversation with Libby Tucker” will feature the distinguished professor of English telling ghost stories and discussing other aspects of the University’s rich folklore.
- Fall Festival (3-6 p.m. Saturday – Events Center Parking Lot): This outdoor gathering will be the biggest event of the weekend, leading into the men’s soccer game against Vermont at 6:07 p.m. in the Bearcats Sports Complex. There’s no charge for admission to the soccer match. We want to pack the Bearcats Sports Complex!
- Fireworks will light up the skies over campus at 9 p.m., Saturday.
