Background

Dr. Candace Mulcahy joined the Department of Teaching, Learning and Educational Leadership as an assistant professor in 2007. Prior to earning her doctorate, she taught in self-contained classrooms at the elementary and middle school levels in Montgomery County, MD. In addition to research and teaching at ßÙßÇÂþ»­, Mulcahy works with districts and states to improve education and special education services across the country.
