Synthesis of Immune-modulating Biomaterials for Immunotherapy
Description:
The project will involve the design, synthesis, and purification of small molecular compounds for immune-modulation. Specific tasks will involve running chemical reactions and purifications (using TLC and flash chromatography) and characterizing synthesized compounds using NMR and MS. Additional training will be provided for cell culture and drug screening if interested.
