*- For graduate students. Fall - up to 2 credits; Spring - 1 credit.
- Project, Thesis & Dissertation, Teaching Practicum, Industrial Internship. This form is required to register for all graduate level BME independent study, except 597 and 697

- Used for course overload, internal transfer, double degree, etc.
* - Required for students doing research projects under the supervision of a faculty member, can replace only one BME elective.
- Once declared, your degree works audit will reflect the requirements. Please note that you can change your concentration or add an additional concentration by re-submitting this form (this must be done before you declare candidacy to graduate.)
- Qualified undergraduate students can apply for a credit-bearing course in return for their assistance in teaching an undergraduate course that they excelled in.
