CCPA's Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Anti-racism

Students, faculty and staff at the College of Community and Public Affairs (CCPA) as well as at ßÙßÇÂþ»­ are diverse in race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, interests, abilities and perspectives. The College and University strive to create an environment fostering inclusion and anti-racism. We are working to ensure all members of our campus community will be successful.

CCPA departments engage in a range of efforts to ensure diversity, equity and inclusion and promote anti-racism.  The Department of Social Work recently hosted the  The Department of Teaching, Learning, and Educational Leadership’s Equity and Inclusion Committee has also examined how the departmental environment, through its policies, procedures and culture, impacts work experiences and promotes equity.

Faculty, post-docs and graduate students can access online career development and mentoring resources offered by through ßÙßÇÂþ»­â€™s institutional membership.
